Leu 5-enkephalin covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Specificity
Recognizes Leu 5-Enkephalin. The reactivity of Met 5-enkephalin is 2%, beta-Endorphin and Dynorphin A is less than 0.001%. Does not react to Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (human), ACTH (human, 1-39), Calcitonin, Epidermal growth factor (human), Somatostatin 28, Transforming growth factor-alpha and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide. Specific for Leu 5-enkephalin and is suitable for use in histochemical preparations of tissues or cells.
