Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human LDL / Low-Density Lipoprotein
IHC, ELISA, Immunodiffusion
Human LDL / Low-Density Lipoprotein
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Human beta-1 lipoproteins
Human Beta-1 Lipoproteins. The defined antibody specificity is restricted to beta-1 lipoprotein as tested at the level of sensitivity of immunoprecipitation techniques. The antiserum does not react with any other protein component of human serum or plasma. Cross-reactivity Inter-species cross-reactivity is a normal feature of antibodies to plasma proteins, since homologous proteins of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. Cross-reactivity of this antiserum has not been tested in detail.
This product is intended for use in precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence transferrin in human serum or other body fluids and to determine its concentration. This antiserum has not been tested in more sensitive assays as nephelometry, ELISA or use in immunohistology, but this does not exclude such use if proper controls are included.
