Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Lactate Dehydrogenase [Rabbit Muscle]. Cross reactivity against Lactate Dehydrogenase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-Lactate Dehydrogenase Antibody is suitable for western blotting, IP, IHC and for ELISA. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
