Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

LCN2 Antibody, 24p3 Antibody, HNL Antibody, Lipocalin 2 Antibody, Lipocalin-2 Antibody, MSFI Antibody, Siderocalin LCN2 Antibody, NGAL Antibody, p25 Antibody, Lipocalin 2 (oncogene 24p3) Antibody, Oncogene 24p3 Antibody

Iron-trafficking protein involved in multiple processes such as apoptosis, innate immunity and renal development. Binds iron through association with 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,5-DHBA), a siderophore that shares structural similarities with bacterial enterobactin, and delivers or removes iron from the cell, depending on the context.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Lipocalin-2/NGAL in Human Pancreatic Cancer Tissue. Lipocalin-2/NGAL was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreatic cancer tissue using Human Lipocalin-2/NGAL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling if primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents.
