Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Radioimmunoassay, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:500. Use Immunoperoxidase technique on fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse tissues (skin, liver). ELISA: 1:200 (OD 500). Immunofluorescence: 1:80 (Frozen mouse skin and liver tissues). Positive control: Mouse skin or liver.
