Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Murine EHS laminin preparation.
IHC-frozen with acetone fixed samples. IHC-fixed with acetone-alcohol fixed paraffin-embedded samples. Staining of acid-alcohol fixed tissues requires antigen unmasking with 15,000U/ml of bovine testicular hyaluronidase (Sigma) in PBS, pH 7.4for 30 min at 37C.
10mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide
Laminins, a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins, are the major noncollagenous constituent of basement membranes. They have been implicated in a wide variety of biological processes including cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neurite outgrowth and metastasis.
Frozen human tonsil stained with peroxidase-conjugate and DAB chromogen. Note basement membrane and cell surface staining of blood vessels. This image was taken for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
