Specificity
Recognizes Keratin 4 at ~59kD. Stains non-cornifying squamous epithelium, cells in certain ciliated pseudostratified epithelia and ductal epithelia of various exocrine glands. Does not cross-react with Vimentin, Desmin, GFAP or Neurofilament. Does not cross-react with other cytokeratins.
