Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
KRT19 / CK19 / Cytokeratin 19 is a member of the keratin family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. The type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains. Unlike its related family members, this smallest known acidic cytokeratin is not paired with a basic cytokeratin in epithelial cells.
Anti-KRT19 / CK19 / Cytokeratin 19 antibody IHC staining of human uterus, endometrium. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B9649 concentration 5 ug/ml. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Cytokeratin 19 Antibody - Tested at 1:25 in MCF7 cells with FITC (green). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Western Blot: Cytokeratin 19 Antibody - Analysis of Cytokeratin 19 in MCF7 lysate. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
