Anti-KLH Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of KLH in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:15000 to 1:60000 is suggested for this product. Anti-KLH Antibody is suitable for western blotting to detect a single band of the expected apparent molecular weight and for ELISA. Peroxidase conjugated anti-KLH antibody is suitable for use with streptavidin reporter systems. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
