  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About KIAA0191 / ZCCHC11

Q5TAX3 D83776 BAA12105.1

ZCCHC11 Antibody, Terminal uridylyltransferase 4 Antibody, TUT4 Antibody, PAPD3 Antibody, KIAA0191 Antibody, TUTase 4 Antibody

Uridylyltransferase that acts as a suppressor of microRNA (miRNA) biogenesis by specifically mediating the terminal uridylation of some miRNAs. Catalyzes the 3' uridylation of precursor let-7 (pre-let-7), a miRNA precursor. Uridylated pre-let-7 miRNAs fail to be processed by Dicer and undergo degradation. Degradation of pre-let-7 contributes to the maintenance of embryonic stem (ES) cells and is required for ES cells to maintain pluripotency.

Western blot

Western blot
ZCCHC11 antibody (0.2 ug/ml) staining of different Testis lysates from wild type 8-9 week old C57BL/6 (wt) and knock-out (KO) mice (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 2 hours. Detected by chemiluminescence. Data obtained from an anonymous customer.

Western blot

Western blot
ZCCHC11 antibody (0.05 ug/ml) staining of Rat Brain lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
