Specificity and Use
KDR / VEGFR2 / FLK1 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide made to a C-terminal region of the murine VEGFR2 protein sequence (between residues 1300-1367).
Specific for VEGR-2. Species cross-reactivity: This antibody reacts with the human protein. Other species have not yet been tested. The immunogen used for this antibody production has 100% homology with mouse, rat and human proteins.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Positive control: HUVEC lysate.
