KDR / VEGFR2 / FLK1 antibody was raised against recombinant human Flk-1.
Reacts specifically with human FLK-1/VEGFR-2/KDR. No cross-reactivity with VGFR-1/FLT-1 or FLT-4.
Suitable for use in ELISA. ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000; using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
