Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
JIP1/JIP2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the SH3 domain of the human JIP1 protein. This sequence is identical to that in rat and mouse. The SH3 domain of JIP1 is identical to that of JIP2, but is absent from JIP3.
Reacts with human and mouse JIP1 and JIP2. Cross-reactivity with rat JIP1 and JIP2 is expected based on sequence homology. Reactivity has been confirmed with mouse brain homogenates and human embryonic kidney HEK293 cell lysates transfected with full-length JIP1 and the SH3 domain of JIP1. This antibody identifies an ~80kD isoform of the JIP 1 and 2proteins in Western blots of mouse brain lysates, and an ~100-110kD isoform in Western blots of cell lines transfected with full-length JIP1 and JIP2.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.05% sodium azide.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
