Usage
Can be used for Immunoprecipitation, immunoassays as detector antibody, Immunohistology on frozen sections, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Also useful for inhibition of biological activity. Immunohistology: 1:10. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. ELISA: 1:10. For inhibition of biological activity dilutions have to be made according to the amounts of JAM-C to be inhibited.
