Specificity
IZUMO1 antibody is human specific. At least four isoforms of IZUMO1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect the two longest isoforms.

Usage
IZUMO1 antibody can be used for detection of IZUMO1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 35, 39, 42 kDa Observed: 52 kDa
