Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Involucrin is a highly reactive, soluble, transglutaminase substrate protein present in keratinocytes of epidermis and other stratified squamous epithelia. It first appears in the cell cytosol, but ultimately becomes cross-linked to membrane proteins by transglutaminase thus helping in the formation of an insoluble envelope beneath the plasma membrane functioning as a glutamyl donor during assembly of the cornified envelope. Titering of the Involucrin antibody may be required for optimal performance. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by digestion with Trypsin or Protease XXV at 1mg/ml PBS for 5 min at 37oC. Enzyme digestion is more effective than Citrate buffer based epitope unmasking.
Presentation
Sterile Solution PBS
Storage
Store at 2°C to 8°C.
