|ITIH4 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide ERLCVDPRHRQGPVN from an internal region of human ITIH4 (NP_002209.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Orangutan, Gibbon (100%); Monkey, Marmoset (80%).|
|Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 150kDa band in Human Liver and Lung lysates after 0.03 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 103kDa according to NP_002209.2. The 150kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.|

ITIH4 Antibody, gp120 Antibody, H4P Antibody, ITIHL1 Antibody, PK120 Antibody, ITI heavy chain H4 Antibody, PK-120 Antibody, IHRP Antibody, ITI-HC4 AntibodyITIH4 is secreted into the blood, where it is cleaved by plasma kallikrein into two smaller forms. Expression of this gene has been detected only in liver, and it seems to be upregulated during surgical trauma. This gene is part of a cluster of similar genes on chromosome 3. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
