- IHC - Paraffin
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100. Use 10 ul of the optimal working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:500-1:1000. Positive control: Human Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Normal saline. No preservatives added.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
