ITGAE / CD103 antibody was raised against hTLV-1 induced human T cell line MAPS16.
Monoclonal antibody Ber-ACT8 recognizes CD103 (alpha E integrin), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein primarily found on intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes.
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. |
PBS, 0.2% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store in the dark at 2-8 C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
For research use only. |

Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This gene encodes an I-domain-containing alpha integrin that undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain, yielding disulfide-linked heavy and light chains. In combination with the beta 7 integrin, this protein forms the E-cadherin binding integrin known as the human mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen.
