Western blot (10 - 20 µg/ml)

Usage

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 10-20 ug/ml (culture supernatants) will allow visualization of NP40-solubilized protein on human normal platelets in under reducing conditions; they will bind against the human platelet membrane glycoproteins IIb/IIIa complex, which have molecular weights of ~130000 (IIb) and 115000 (IIIa). ELISA: The titer of purified ascites was determined by ELISA coated with 100 ul of 1x10^8 washed platelets.
