RIL-2 propagated NK1.1+ cells from C57BL/6 mice.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse CD49b, a 160kD cell surface antigen expressed by NK cells and a small subset of T-cells. Clone DX5 stains NK cells from all mouse strains tested including Balb/c mice.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
