Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Ubiquitin-like protein which plays a key role in the innate immune response to viral infection either via its conjugation to a target protein (ISGylation) or via its action as a free or unconjugated protein. ISGylation involves a cascade of enzymatic reactions involving E1, E2, and E3 enzymes which catalyze the conjugation of ISG15 to a lysine residue in the target protein. Its target proteins include IFIT1, MX1/MxA, PPM1B, UBE2L6, UBA7, CHMP5, CHMP2A, CHMP4B and CHMP6.
Anti-ISG15 antibody IHC of human prostate. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B6673 concentration 10 ug/ml.
ISG15 Antibody western blot of Jurkat? K562 and AML-2 cell line lysates treated with a small molecular of 0?10?20?30uM for 24 hours.(Offered friendly by Biyin Cao, Soochow University, Center for Blood Research)
ISG15 Antibody (A46) western blot of 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The ISG15 antibody detected the ISG15 protein (arrow).
Western blot of ISG15 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal hISG15-A46. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the ISG15 gene (Lane 2).
