IRAK-2 antibody LS-B3201 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to IRAK-2 (IRAK2) from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A peptide corresponding to 17 amino acids near the C-Terminus of mouse IRAK2a. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of IRAK2.
Specificity
At least four isoforms of IRAK2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all four isoforms. Anti-IRAK2 has no cross response to IRAK.

Usage
IRAK2 antibody can be used for detection of IRAK2 by Western blot at 0.5 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human and mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 68 kDa Observed: 65 kDa
