Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

IRAK1 / IRAK antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human IRAK1.
Recognizes the C-terminal region of the human IRAK1 protein. On Western Blots, it identifies the target band at ~75kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with human GIST882, HT-29, MCF-7 and MDA-MB231 cell lysates. Species sequence Homology: Mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase that plays a critical role in initiating innate immune response against foreign pathogens. Involved in Toll-like receptor (TLR) and IL-1R signaling pathways. Is rapidly recruited by MYD88 to the receptor-signaling complex upon TLR activation. Association with MYD88 leads to IRAK1 phosphorylation by IRAK4 and subsequent autophosphorylation and kinase activation.
