IPAF / NLRC4 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acis 637-654 (EEAPETYIPSRAVSLFFN) of Ipaf/Clan/CARD12, GenBank no. gi|40788015|ref|NP_067032.3|. This peptide immunogen sequence is 100% conserved in mouse. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Hamster (89%); Mouse, Rat, Bat, Horse (83%).
