  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About INPPL1 / SHIP2

O15357 NM_001567 NP_001558.3

INPPL1 Antibody, 51C protein Antibody, INPPL-1 Antibody, SHIP-2 Antibody, Protein 51C Antibody, SHIP2 Antibody

Phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) phosphatase that specifically hydrolyzes the 5-phosphate of phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate (PtdIns(3,4,5)P3) to produce PtdIns(3,4)P2, thereby negatively regulating the PI3K (phosphoinositide 3-kinase) pathways. Plays a central role in regulation of PI3K-dependent insulin signaling, although the precise molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways remain unclear.

IHC of phosphorylated SHIP2 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using an isotype control (top) and LS-C148552 (bottom) at 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of phosphorylated SHIP2 (Y497) in recombinant fusion protein containing 1) a phosphorylated tyrosine at position 497 and 2) an unphosphorylated tyrosine at position 497, using SHIP2 phospho antibody at 0.01 ug/ml.
