Usage
Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.5 ng/lane and 1 ug/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Neutralization: ~5-20 ug/ml to neutralize 7.5 ng/ml of human Activin AB on K562 cells.
