Influenza A Hemagglutinin H1N1 Antibody - 3 ug of intact A/California/14/2009 H1N1 virions were loaded on SDS-PAGE, transferred to a PVDF membrane and detected with rabbit anti-Influenza A Virus (subtype H1N1) Polyclonal Antibody at a 1:1000 dilution. Goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody was used at 1:10000 dilution. The antibody detects: Hemagglutinin (HA) ~75 kD, Neuraminidase monomer (NA) ~55 kD, Matrix (M) ~26 kD and Non-structural Protein monomer (NP) ~26-27 kD (M and NP often co-migrate as 1 band).
