Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

  • ELISA
Immunogen
IL9 antibody was raised against this purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with full length recombinant human IL-9 protein.
Specificity
This purified antibody has been heated to 56°C for 30 minutes. In ELISA and other immunoreactive assays, this antibody will recognize both native and recombinant human IL-9 in cell supernatants and certain body fluids. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.
Usage
This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. By western blot a band approximately 15 kD in size corresponding to human IL-9 protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide, 1% BSA
