Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Human IL8 / Interleukin 8

Northern Lights 557
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
IL8 / Interleukin 8 antibody was raised against recombinant human IL-8 (aa28-99), derived from E. coli.
Recognizes human IL-8.
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10.
PBS, 0.1% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. DyLight conjugates are sensitive to light.
Interleukin 8 (IL8), a member of the CXC chemokine family. This chemokine, is one of the major mediators of the inflammatory response. This chemokine is secreted by several cell types. It functions as a chemoattractant, and is also a potent angiogenic factor. This gene is believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis, a common respiratory tract disease caused by viral infection.
