Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA (Detection antibody) and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 0.1-0.5 ug stains 1E6 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells stimulated with LPS. Successfully detects intracellular IL-6 levels. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
