IL6 / Interleukin 6 antibody was raised against cOS-7-expressed recombinant mouse IL-6.
Recognizes mouse Interleukin-6 (IL-6).
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Neutralization. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-5 under reducing conditions.
