Specificity
Recognizes bovine Interleukin 2 Receptor, alpha, a 55kD glycoprotein expressed by activated T cells. Blocks the IL-2 driven proliferation of Con A-induced blast cells/ bovine lymphocytes. Species cross-reactivity: sheep.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat-1:5; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C. Protect from light.
