Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
IL2RA / CD25 antibody was raised against t blasts from a mixed lymphocyte reaction between purified CD4 positive T cells and irradiated spleens.
Anti-rat CD25 (IL-2R) monoclonal antibody recognizes the smaller (alpha subunit) 55kD chain of the IL-2 receptor found on activated rat T cells, thymic dendritic cells but not resting lymphocytes. The antibody binds to the rat interleukin-2 receptor desig.
The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C; Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor alpha (IL2RA) and beta (IL2RB) chains, together with the common gamma chain (IL2RG), constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains (IL2RA) result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta (IL2RB) chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis.
