Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone RN28] (IgG1,k) to Mouse IL28
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [RN28]
Specificity and Use
IL28 antibody was raised against mouse Interleukin 28 (IL28)
The RN28 antibody has been tested as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of mouse Interleukin-28 (IL-28) in combination with the biotin polyclonal (LS-C106976) antibody for detection. A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA capture is 1.0-4 ug/ml. A standard curve consisting of doubling dilutions of the recombinant standard over the range of 4000 pg/ml - 30 pg/ml should be included in each ELISA plate.
