Usage
IL-27 antibody can be used for the detection of IL-27 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 27 kDa Observed: 29 kDa
