Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IL21 antibody was raised against recombinant mouse IL-21.
Recognizes mouse interleukin-21 (IL-21), a pleiotropic cytokine and member of the IL-15/IL-21 family, secreted by stimulated CD4+ T cells, which enhances stimulated B-cell proliferation/differentiation, the proliferation of bone marrow progenitor cells, and increases the activity of NK cells and disease-specific CD8+ T-cells. IL-21 signals through binding to the specific type I cytokine receptor IL-21R, coupled with the common cytokine receptor g chain (gc), initiating the activation of the JAK/STAT signalling pathway.

IL21 Antibody, Interleukin 21 Antibody, Interleukin-21 Antibody, Interleukin-21 isoform Antibody, Za11 Antibody, IL-21 AntibodyCytokine with immunoregulatory activity. May promote the transition between innate and adaptive immunity. Induces the production of IgG1 and IgG3 in B-cells (By similarity). May play a role in proliferation and maturation of natural killer (NK) cells in synergy with IL15. May regulate proliferation of mature B- and T-cells in response to activating stimuli. In synergy with IL15 and IL18 stimulates interferon gamma production in T-cells and NK cells.
