Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA as a capture antibody. ELISA: 1-5 ug/ml in coating buffer immediately prior to use, and coat each well with 100ul. Further dilutions may be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1% BSA.
