Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

IL13 antibody was raised against cOS-expressed recombinant human IL-13.
Recognizes human Interleukin-13 (IL-13).
ELISA Detection: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-13 protein levels.1,2 Biotinylated antibody should be paired with purified antibody (Cat. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human IL-13 under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
IL13 is an immunoregulatory cytokine produced primarily by activated Th2 cells. This cytokine is involved in several stages of B-cell maturation and differentiation. It up-regulates CD23 and MHC class II expression, and promotes IgE isotype switching of B cells. This cytokine down-regulates macrophage activity, thereby inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines.
