Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IL12 antibody was raised against cHO-derived recombinant canine interleukin 12 p40 (aa23-329, Q28268) and p35 (aa 26-222, Q28267).
This antibody recognizes both the p35 and p40 sub-units of canine IL-12. Cross-reactivity (direct ELISA): ~40% with recombinant human IL-12 p35/p40 and recombinant feline IL-12 p35/p40; <10% with recombinant rat IL-12 p35/p40.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA (capture): 0.2-0.8 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rcaIL-12 is ~50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Neutralization: The ND 50 was determined to be ~0.1-0.5 ug/ml in the presence of 25 ng/ml of rcaIL-12, using PHA activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
