Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
IL12 antibody was raised against cHO-cell derived recombinant Murine IL-12.
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. ELISA: To detect mIL-12 by direct ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-12. To detect mIL-12 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-Murine IL-12 (LS-C104421) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-12. Western Blot: To detect mIL-12 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-12 is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
