Applications
- Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot and direct ELISA. Western blot: 1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit is 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit is 2 ng/well.
