Usage
In sandwich ELISA, this purified antibody should be paired with biotinylated JES3-12G8 antibody as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant human IL-10 as the standard. The antibody is also useful for Western blotting applications in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig under reducing conditions.
