Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Dog, Horse, Pig (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (2.5 - 3.75 µg/ml)
Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
IKZF1 / IKAROS antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-DTPYDSSASYEKEN from an internal region of human IKZF1 (NP_006051.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Marmoset, Panda, Dog, Horse, Pig (93%); Elephant, Rabbit (86%).
IKZF1 / IKAROS is a transcription factor that belongs to the family of zinc-finger DNA-binding proteins associated with chromatin remodeling. The expression of this protein is restricted to the fetal and adult hemo-lymphopoietic system, and it functions as a regulator of lymphocyte differentiation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
