Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml. Add 10 ul of diluted antibody to 1-5x10^5 cells (max. total volume 200ul). ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml; Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml; Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~5 ng/lane (reducing and non-reducing conditions).
