Recognizes a protein of Mr=125kD, identified as the -subunit of type 1 insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-1R). The epitope recognized is localized between amino acid residues 283-440 (exon 4-6). Shows no cross-reactivity with insulin receptor (IR). Species Reactivity: Human. Weakly reacts with rabbit. Does not react with rat.
