Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and as a weak IGF-like agonist in bioassays (Thymidine incorporation into DNA). Does not significantly Inhibit IGF-1 Binding. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug/mg protein lysate using Protein G. ELISA: Capture Antibody. Positive control: Placenta or breast carcinoma.
