Specificity and Use
IFNAR1 / IFNAR antibody was raised against sf 21 derived Hu-IFN-alpha/Beta R1 extracellular domain.
Detects human interferon alpha/beta R1; in direct ELISAs, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with Hu-IFN-GammaR1, Human-IFN-Gamma R2, Mu-IFN alpha/Beta R2, Hu-IL-10 R Beta, Human IL-10 R alpha or Hu-IL-20 R Beta.
