  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About IDUA / MPS1

P35475 NM_000203 NP_000194.2

IDUA Antibody, Alpha-L-iduronidase Antibody, MPS1 Antibody, Iduronidase, alpha-L- Antibody, IDA Antibody

IDUA / MPS1 encodes an enzyme that hydrolyzes the terminal alpha-L-iduronic acid residues of two glycosaminoglycans, dermatan sulfate and heparan sulfate. This hydrolysis is required for the lysosomal degradation of these glycosaminoglycans. Mutations in this gene that result in enzymatic deficiency lead to the autosomal recessive disease mucopolysaccharidosis type I (MPS I).

IDUA Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
IDUA Antibody western blot of HeLa cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The IDUA antibody detected the IDUA protein (arrow).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysates from A549 cell line, rat lung tissue lysate (from left to right), using IDUA Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
IDUA Antibody flow cytometry of HeLa cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
