  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

IDO1 / IDO antibody was raised against iDO1 antibody was produced in mouse by repeated immunizations with mouse recombinant IDO1 protein followed by hybridoma development.
IDO1 antibody is specific for mouse IDO1 protein. Mouse IDO1 does not react with human tissues. Cross-reactivity with IDO1 from other sources has not been determined.
Anti-IDO1 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blot, IF, IHC, and Flow Cytometry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.

About IDO1 / IDO

P14902 NM_002164 AAA36081.1

IDO1 Antibody, IDO Antibody, Indole 2,3-dioxygenase Antibody, Indolamine 2,3 dioxygenase Antibody, IDO-1 Antibody, INDO Antibody, Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase Antibody, Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 Antibody

IDO1 / IDO is indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) - a heme enzyme that catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step in tryptophan catabolism to N-formyl-kynurenine. This enzyme acts on multiple tryptophan substrates including D-tryptophan, L-tryptophan, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan, tryptamine, and serotonin. This enzyme is thought to play a role in a variety of pathophysiological processes such as antimicrobial and antitumor defense, neuropathology, immunoregulation, and antioxidant activity.
